SEA CONTAINERS HOUSE

The iconic Sea Containers House, one of London's landmark buildings has been transformed into a mixed-use scheme providing a new destination hotel and prime office accommodation on the Southbank.   The development required liaison with a number of prominent adjoining neighbours, including agreeing statutory matters under the Party Wall Act relating to new basement excavations and other neighbourly matters.  Ten 1 acted on behalf of the Developer to assist in ensuring smooth delivery of the scheme whilst fulfilling the Developer's statutory obligations.
