NOBU HOTEL

The Willow Street Development is Nobu’s first European Hotel venture located in Shoreditch. The project consists of a new five storey structure including basement and foundation excavations within a congested site affecting a number of neighbouring owners.  Ten 1 acted on behalf of the Developer to assist in ensuring smooth delivery of the scheme whilst ensuring all statutory obligations under the Party Wall Act were fulfilled.
