The Saint Giles development will introduce a new leisure, retail, comercial and residential complex into the Tottenham Court Road and Soho area including a new 800 seat multi purpose event gallery and destination boutique hotel.   The project includes construction of a new 3 storey basement, built adjacent to and over existing Crossrail and LUL structures.  The works affect a large number of existing adjoining structures requiring elobrate temporary works and movement monitoring systems.   Ten 1 act on behalf of the Developer, assisting in ensuring smooth delivery of the scheme whilst fulfilling the Developer's statutory obligations.
